One of my favorite projects was designing the yearbook for my son's elementary school. He was in the graduating class of the school located three blocks from the World Trade Center on 9/11. Each graduate was given a page on which to submit a photo, writing and images. As you can image, it was a big logistical task, but very rewarding. Below are a few samples pages.
The frog (a symbol of luck, rebirth, renewal, healing) is an illustration of the bronze sculpture that was given to PS 234 in the aftermath of 9/11 by the sculptor Tom Otterness.
